RELIABILITY, ROBUSTNESS AND HIGH PERFORMANCES

Machine designed for the working of materials with maximum size of 100x160 cm made of, cardboard, coupled micro waves, plastic coated board and plastic papers.

The structure is made of electro-welded steel tubular profiles then oven painted.

The product load and unload is manual and it is possible to machine more sheet of torn-off at the same time up to 5 cm (the thickness depends on the kind of the material to be machined and how much it is jointed to the master support frame).

The upper mobile mould constituted by a self-supporting portal structure, it is commanded by a mechanical system with an electric motor geared with four racks, designed for high loads considering the remarkable size.
To the upper mould it is mounted a hook system for the fixing and the orienteering of the ejectors. The lower mould is constituted by a crossbeams system with the related variable spacing fastening system.

Below the lower mould there is a movable on wheel container for the collection of the expelled torn-off.

The machine is equipped with all the electrical securities to protect its functionalities.

The cycle starts pushing a bimanual control button.

The access of the operative area is protected by a level-four optical barrier for press according CE laws.
