T-Nut, operated axis, double head machine

FULLY AUTOMATIZED T-NUT INSERTING MACHINE

This machine is realized to the t-nut insertion inside seats without the use of any devices.

It is programmable from industrial PC with numerical control graphical interface.

The graphical interface of the dimension insertion program allows to give the t-nuts position ad X and Y coordinates, instead the height automatically adjust varying the seat curvature.

The auto-centring punch positions the seats perfectly aligned with the two reference axes.

The number of nuts that is fixable in a seat may vary up to fifty.

It is possible to position the nut even on the half-way axis or at a minimum distance (a bit more of the the nut dimension).

Stock and hopper for an high autonomy and automatic nut feeding.

Managing commands through the touch screen panel with automatic machine anomaly message.

Ten nuts seats production 200 pieces/hours.

Formats: min: 25x35 cm – max: 50x60 cm

Formats change in 15 minutes.
