SEMIAUTOMATIC CREASING MACHINE WITH MULTIPLE FUNCTIONS

Designed for the creasing of paper and board up to 500 g/sm: brochures, perfect-binding book-covers, booklets, etc. A PC controls sheet movement and creasing positions up to 50 hits per sheet, through an interchangeable tool system.

Set up is both simple and fast due to a purpose-made software.

Feeding between the dragging rollers, computer-controlled creasing positions, output to collector table.

Up to 2.000 pcs/h depending on size and creasing positions.

Complete with creasing tool for paper/board of 100 to 300 g/sm.

Following tools are available: creasing of paper/board up to 500 g/sm and perforation.
