THE PRECISION PAPER FEEDER

High-stack paper feeder 74x114 with combined sheet withdrawal , aspiration and transportation with pierced belts, for the front side instead through separator head with suction cups and blowers, for the back one.

Paper weight from 80 to 400 g/m2.

Square regulator with lateral reference points and frictional spheres on transportation belt.

Equipped with two pumps: the former is for sheets aspiration and the latter is for the blowing.

The aspiration is adjustable with a mechanical valve provided with a micrometric regulation, this allows to dose the air amount depending on the paper kind to machine.

The second pump is for the on-table blowing, helpful for sheets separation.

Sheets feeding with automatic level meter.

Double wrong sheet withdrawal control through a precision mechanics.

Adjustable speed via inverter.

The paper feeder is posed on guides fixed on the floor to easier the moving of the machine.

Possibility to interface with various machines (gluing, binders, and creasing machines…).
