Max size 80 x 125 cm for simple paper over board mounting and 75 x 125 cm for turning-in of materials up to 3.5 mm thick.

Up to 600 / 900 pcs/h.

Automatic corner folding during the turning-in stage, suitable for single-piece binders, joint multi-piece or routed binders, book covers.

High-quality finished products due to the steady production.

It turns-in all types of paper over board materials, with hot animal glue (for some materials, also with cold PVA glue).

The ending part of Giotto machine is made up of a nip-roller pressing unit to optimize the adherence of the covering material.

High power nip-roller pressing unit for board lamination or lining operation.

On request, mechanical drive system of upper belt of output nip-roller press through levers and gears (TECNO MEA patent) which maintain a steady paper over board mounting even with position changes. The system facilitates the positioning and nip-roller pressing of routed binders.

Available in different versions: one-side (manual feeding), two-side (semiautomatic) and four-side version for higher productivity.
