ROBOTEC Manipulator is made up of an hexagonal hydraulic divider (size: 42-65, 35-60, 35-65, 28-65), a manipulator transfer with hydraulic and electrics movements, an electric switchboard with operative panel with messages visualization for managing the whole cyclic.

Its productive cycle is to withdrawal from the divider the 42, 35 or 28 bread dough's and to put them automatically on the stamping machine belt by rows made of 6 by 7, 5 by 7, or 4 by 7.

It is available in the model with hexagonal stamping machine of 42-65, 35-60, 35-65 or 28-65.>p> Optionally it is available an internal flour spreader that deposits the flour inside the stamping machine before to deposit the bread dough.
The capacity of more than 8 kg of flour gives to it a good autonomy.

The dough stock with automatic recharge it is available in vary sizes and it is locatable at the back or lateral side of ROBOTEC.

The dough bread posed on the belt are automatically fed inside the divider machine.

Production time: 2 bread dough/minute, 4.200 bread rolls/hour.
