DOUBLE BLADE DOUGH DIVIDER SUITABLE FOR AUTOMATIC TRAYS BAKING

The automatic dough divider SP 250 TM is equipped with an inner knife cutting soft dough lengthwise (even with high water percentage to max. 75-80%).

Suitable for different bread shapes, easily interchangeable.

The outside knife is suitable for transversal cut of soft dough (several shapes' choice through the touch-screen panel).

The full production line includes: dough divider, separation unit, retracting belt.

There is the possibility to connect the production line to the ROBOTEC automatic loader/unloader for baking trays or the on-frame deposition.
